How many feedings would make one a foster mother

Q: How many feeds should a baby have from a woman in order for her to become his milk mother. Some say one sip is sufficient while others say that the baby should have had 3 full feeds before she can be considered to be his milk mother. Please clarify.

A: Any amount of milk the child drinks despite how little it may be will cause the woman to become the foster mother.
