Khula after 2 talaaqs
Q: Can a wife get 2 khula? 1st one was given after 2 talaqs because the husband wants a second wife. They then got married again and now she wants to go for another khula as her husband still wants a second wife.
A: If your husband issued two talaaqs and then took you back in his nikaah and thereafter did khula with you, then through the khula, the third talaaq had taken place. After three talaaqs take place, the husband and wife become haraam for each other and the nikaah totally terminates. Hence, after the khula, you and your ex husband were haraam for each other. If you both continued to live together, then you both were living in haraam. Therefore, there is no question of a second khula taking place. You both should make taubah for living in haraam after the khula had taken place.
