Taking a vaccine to go for umrah or hajj

Q: What do we do in this time when the vaccinations are out? Do we take it or not? I'm not from South Africa but if we need to get vaccinated in order to see our family and go for Umrah/Haj should we take the vaccine?

A: There are conflicting reports that we are coming across about the vaccines. Some reports show the haraam ingredients it contains and other reports show how harmful it may be. If it can be confirmed that they are genuinely harmful then how can you take something that is detrimental.
