Q: I understand that cosmetic surgery is generally haram. But if I have a feature that is deformed, my nose goes to one side, is it halal to get this straightened. It is not a medical issue but causes psychological distress. Allah says he doesn't burden any soul with more than it can bear, so if I can't bear this will He understand?
A: Yes, it can be straightened.
