Safar distance

Q: How many miles if we are far away from our home to pray qasar namaz?

A: If a person intends travelling a distance of 78 km then as he leaves the boundaries of his town he commences with the qasar salaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
