استنجاء

س: الاستنجاء واجب بعد خروج النجس من السبيلين. هل يجب الاستنجاء قبل كل الوضوء؟ هذا مقصودي. إذا أنا إستنجيت مرة بعد خروج النجس من السبيلين، و بعد ساعتين مثلا، أريد أن أتوضأ - هل يجب علي الاستنجاء قبل الوضوء (إذا لم يخرج النجس من المخرجين)؛ و لكن وقع في رأسي الشك بخروج النجس، و لكن لا يوجد اليقين أو العلم اليقيني بأنه خرج النجس من الفرج مثلا. في الحالة الموصوفة يجب الاستنجاء أم لا؟ هل يجب الاستنجاء قبل كل الوضوء؟ أو ذلك مستحب فقط لا واجب؟

السؤال الثاني: هل يجب الاستنجاء بعد خروج الريح من الدبر؟

ج:

الاستنجاء قبل كل وضوء او كل صلاة ليس بواجب ولا مستحب و لكن يكون الاستنجاء عند خروج النجاسة من السبيلين. و في حالة الشك لا يجب عليك شيء.
لا يجب الاستنجاء بعد خروج الريح من الدبر.

والله أعلم بالصواب

فصل الاستنجاء إزالة نجس عن سبيل فلا يسن من ريح وحصاة ونوم وفصد ( وهو سنة ) مؤكدة مطلقا وما قيل من افتراضه لنحو حيض ومجاوزة مخرج فتسامح ( وأركانه ) أربعة شخص ( مستنج و ) شيء ( مستنجي به ) كماء وحجر ( و ) نجس ( خارج ) من أحد السبيلين وكذا لو أصابه من خارج وإن قام من موضعه على المعتمد ( ومخرج ) دبر أو قبل ( بنحو حجر ) مما هو عين طاهرة قالعة لا قيمة لها كمدر ( منق ) لأنه المقصود فيختار الأبلغ والأسلم عن التلويث ولا يتقيد بإقبال وإدبار شتاء وصيفا ( وليس العدد ) ثلاثا ( بمسنون فيه ) بل مستحب ( والغسل ) بالماء إلى أنه يقع في قلبه له طهر ما لم يكن موسوسا فيقدر بثلاث كما مر ( بعده ) أي الحجر ( بلا كشف عورة ) عند أحد أما معه فيتركه كما مر فلو كشف له صار فاسقا لا لو كشف لاغتسال أو تغوط كما بحثه ابن الشحنة ( سنة ) مطلقا به يفتى سراج ( ويجب ) أي يفرض غسله ( إن جاوز المخرج نجس ) مائع ويعتبر القدر المانع لصلاة ( فيما وراء موضع الاستنجاء ) لأن ما على المخرج ساقط شرعا وإن كثر ولهذا لا تكره الصلاة معه.
