Q: Can I do a second marriage on such an agreement that I will give half nights to the second wife as compared to the first wife and before nikaah the second one accepts this agreement without any objection. If such agreement allowed then what are the conditions?
A: To make this as a precondition is not right. However, if after the nikaah any wife forgives her right partly or completely then this is permissible.
